My first-time singing at Jim Caruso’s Cast Party at the world-famous Birdland Jazz Club, in 2017. The song is an 1919 prohibition protest song by Irving Berlin. I had earlier worked on it at the St. Louis Cabaret Conference in a masterclass with Marilyn Maye.
